Sterile Synthetic absorbable surgical suture made of polydioxanone monofilament. Its light elasticity guarantees good knot security. Non-wicking, little memory and non-cutting through tissues, it is greatly appreciated by many veterinary surgeons especially for uterine sutures.
Mono-Dox TM retains approximately 70% of initial strength at two weeks after implantation, 50% after 4 weeks and 25% after 6 weeks.
